Established in January 2023, Rave for Ukraine is a charitable initiative that originated out of the Edinburgh University Ukrainian Society. Its founder, Kvitka, came up with the idea of a charity club night after seeing photos from a protest in support of Ukraine in early 2022, where a protester held up a sign that read “We will rave on Putin’s grave!”
